Dissolve + Evolve:
Nature Lovers, listen up…
You long to get away to somewhere where the earth speaks, the trees breath and the air is full of messages.
Journey to a lakeside sanctuary hidden within a Lithuanian forest – a true escape, where the Art of Retreat unfolds.
Watch as the everyday, dissolves into the still, reflective surface of the lake. Sense the embrace of the ancient forest all around you. Walk the earth, feel, the velvety texture beneath your feet. Listen intently, for the wind speaks a quiet language, understood only, in moments of profound stillness.
For those who yearn for deep respite and a richer understanding of their inner selves, this haven awaits. The allure of a lakeside retreat, enveloped by ancient woods and wisdom shared by Tess Bickerstaff.
She whispers the promise of profound ontological rediscovery.

“Sri Lanka was a dream come true for me. From swimming with turtles to seeing elephants on safari to surfing for the first time and daily yoga with the most spectacular views. This was the first time I had attended a yoga retreat and was pushed way outside my comfort zone, but my God, I am so glad I did because it was the best experience ever. Also, a big shout out to Tess for organising it all and for not only being a great yoga teacher but an awesome surfing teacher as well.
Can't wait for the next retreat!”
