There are no late admittances, thank you kindly.

How To Book

  • You will need to Create an Account to book a class
  • Log in to your account
  • Once logged in to your dashboard, scroll past the timetable and click on the pass you would like to purchase
  • Follow the instructions to buy your pass
  • Then find class or classes you would like to book on the timetable
  • Click on 'Book with Pass' to secure your spot (for workshops click 'Buy Now' and follow the instructions)
  • Classes are from £8.50 to £10 when pre-booked. It is advised to pre-book your class
  • Drop-ins are welcome at £12 if there is space.

  • A warm friendly welcome from all of our teachers
  • Clear instructions that are easy to follow for all levels of experience
  • Lots of variations and options given so it doesn't matter how flexible, strong or fit you are when you begin
  • Movements that improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness
  • Breathing exercises that reduce stress and anxiety to create a feeling of calmness
  • Guided relaxations and meditations

What to bring

  • If you have your own yoga mat then great please bring it
  • If you don't have a mat we can loan you one for your first class, after that we advise buying one, we do sell them
  • A bottle of water
  • Wear comfortable clothing than you can move freely in

Yoga means to Unify, and here, in this calm space, we aim to bring your Body, your Mind and your Soul into Balance.

Whether you like to Flow it out in Vinyasa or are a Budding Beginner there are classes to suit all, with Workshops, Courses and Retreats as well, Norwich Yoga Central has certainly got it going on.
